Terms and Conditions

By accepting these terms and conditions, you agree for us to debit your credit card to the amount shown in the basket, including any postage costs.

All prices quoted are inclusive of GST.

If your ordered product is out of stock, you will be notified via email or phone, and will be given an estimated date of availability. You then have the option of waiting for the product to become available, or cancelling your order and being provided with a refund.

In the unlikely event of your product arriving in a damaged condition, please contact us as soon as possible. Please provide photographic evidence of the damage, and a replacement product will be sent to you straight away.

At Cini Botanicals, we love to share our products and know that you will be excited to start using them as soon as possible. We always endeavour to dispatch your order within 24 hours (subject to business hours and public holidays). Your order will be sent via Australia Post or Courier. Usually your order should arrive within 4 days of dispatch. If this not the case, please contact us immediately.
